# the idea
Buying fresh fish in India still means a wet market and guesswork. Delyfish turns it into a trusted, cleaned-and-cut, doorstep product — so the app had to make freshness, slots and delivery feel reliable.
# what I built
- Led development end to end: customer app, backend, admin tooling and store releases.
- Single Flutter codebase for Android and iOS — catalogue, cut/clean options, cart, checkout and order tracking.
- Native Kotlin / Swift where the platform needed it; Node.js services and a React.js admin behind the app.
- Published and maintained releases on both stores under my own developer account.
# key decisions
- Flutter over two native apps — one team, one codebase, identical UX on both stores for an early-stage startup.
- Operations-first admin: the business runs on stock and delivery slots, so the tooling got as much care as the app.
